Who We Are
To become a leading study, research, and advocacy Centre in Africa as an excellent think tank on strategic leadership flavor in particular.
To facilitate study, research, advocacy, policy support, scholarly dissemination, and academic exchange opportunities in Asia in Africa.
We believe positive, ethical leaders change the world. Based on this belief, the Center was established in 2021 as a non-political global research Center for public interests founded to minister to students of all ages on science and technology, peace and conflict resolution, and South East Asian history, culture, and Leadership Development Studies.
Our instructors all believe leadership can be learned, and guided in the Center leadership curriculum, Bangladeshi history, and cultural knowledge skills to help every student become the strongest leader he or she can be for Africa. AfCA +BS and the Center instructors are experienced leaders, and they are passionate educators. They possess a blend of technical skills competence and teaching abilities, and they genuinely enjoy interacting with groups of people. Bangabandhu Center operates on the firm belief that learning should be fun, something our instructors will exemplify.
With courses ranging from 7 days to a full academic year, we attract highly motivated students who want to learn how to lead. AfCA +BS graduates have everything needed to lead others in the backcountry, as well as the leadership ability to excel at work or in the classroom. The Center, courses are demanding because we believe people thrive when challenged. Our hands-on, learn-by-doing approach means our graduates get the skills they need to be competent for next-generation leadership.
Join us to experience the fun, growth, and adventure of an AfCA +BS.
AfCA +BS would be seeking partnerships with academic and research-based organizations in Dhaka, Europe, and North America. It would invite South-East Asia-born academics and researchers to join the African database, connecting potential researchers. It would also invite non-South-East Asian scholars and researchers who have study and research interests in and on related issues.
We would invite donations, and grants for our scholarship support. The South East Asia peoples and governments would also be approached to support us directly for scholarship matters.
AfCA +BS is the first African non-political research institute for public interests with core interest in Leadership Development and Technology as well as Peace and Conflict Studies with PRME principles. AfCA +BS is filling application to become a member and sign the principles of responsible management education – PRME. The Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative is the first organized relationship between the United Nations (UN) and business schools. The mission of PRME is to inspire and champion responsible management education, research and thought leadership globally.
The six PRME principles are:
Principle 1 | Purpose:
We will develop the capabilities of students to be future generators of sustainable value for business and society at large and to work for an inclusive and sustainable global economy.
Principle 2 | Values:
We will incorporate into our academic activities and curricula the values of global social responsibility as portrayed in international initiatives such as the United Nations Global Compact.
Principle 3 | Method:
We will create educational frameworks, materials, processes, and environments that enable effective learning experiences for responsible leadership.
Principle 4 | Research:
We will engage in conceptual and empirical research that advances our understanding of the role, dynamics, and impact of corporations in the creation of sustainable social, environmental, and economic value.
Principle 5 | Partnership:
We will interact with managers of business corporations to extend our knowledge of their challenges in meeting social and environmental responsibilities and to explore jointly effective approaches to meeting these challenges.
Principle 6 | Dialogue:
We will facilitate and support dialog and debate among educators, students, businesses, government, consumers, media, civil society organizations, and other interested groups and stakeholders on critical issues related to global social responsibility and sustainability.
